Chad obtained a bachelor's degree in pharmacy at the University of Saskatchewan in 1998 and moved to Prince George that same year. He has over 15 years of real estate investment experience and almost as many years of construction experience.  Because of his passion for real estate, both from an investment and construction perspective, Chad obtained his Realtor's License in 2007.  He enjoys sharing his knowledge with an exclusive
