The most you pay is 2.95% in Prince George Subject only to the following minimums for low value properties. In Prince George, subject to a minimum of $6495 if SOLD by listing agent OR $7495 if SOLD where the buyer has their own representation. 

For very low value properties or very high value properties we may be able to market your property at a lower cost depending on the circumstances and the property so please discuss with your agent.

The commission offered to a buyers agent is always negotiable but we include a commission of 3% on the 1st 100K + 1% on the remainder in our standard rates so there are no extra hidden buyer agent commissions on top of the commission you pay us.

If we compare the 2019 Sales from the British Columbia Northern Real Estate Board (BCNREB) with the assessed value of each home that sold our sales beat the average difference between the sales price and the assessed value of houses sold by all agents.
